The whole rental process is VERY easy and straight-forward. The products are comfortable and look clean. The service is also very professional and well informed (depending on location), typically the more experienced ones are the older folks but overall service is great.
Not this most recent rental but the one I had before my whole outfit was a little too tight so I had it corrected and it arrived well within time before I flew out to the wedding.
This most recent rental was just a shirt and pants which fit perfectly.
