We really liked the feature of being able to have the suit shipped to us and try it on and return it from our home since we do not have a local store in our town. This was very convenient, the measurements we had done at home allowed for accurate sizing and it was a very convenient process.
This process was so seamless! My husband was able to pick out the most beautiful olive green suit and it was sent right to our home. He even needed some minor adjustments and a person was able to get on Zoom and help us put a new order in. That order was to us two days from when we put it through and just in time for the wedding! He looked so handsome and got so many compliments!

My representative Elizabeth was amazing! From beginning to end. She was patient and showed us all combinations to make our day perfect! She followed up and contacted us as promised. We ordered our garments during busy prom season but she still made time for us. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and attentiveness to our needs.

One thing I would do different is make sure the sales rep and fitter go over every piece of item with the customer. At no time did anyone show me a bow-tie. After I made my reservation, and after I tried the suit on in the store before the event, I did not know I was getting a bow tie. I ended up having to go back to the store to pick up a straight tie. if I had known I was ordering a bow tie, I would have changed that from the get-go.
Also, I decided not to rent shoes because I have many pairs of dress shoes, but it would still be helpful if the sales person can say what color of shoes go well with the suit rented... For confidence sake...I wasn't sure my brown shoes were gonna work after I got the suit home.

The staff was very helpful finding the best tux for my event. Fitting with long vs regular, matching accessories, latest styles that fit my build. Alterations were perfect. Everything was quick. (I am not a big shopper.): I liked this. Very polite professional staff, very respectful. Eager to help. I am recommending them to my friends and my boys. Great latest styles and great service. Painless experience.. I was complimented many times for my jacket and vest. With slim pants, it was a very modern look. I liked it! I will be back.
