My Husband had 10 groomsmen, + we rented suits for the Dads. It was a seamless process getting it set up and all the staff was really friendly and informative. Everyone also looked great. I did hear that belts were missing in a few of the bags and was not noticed until the day of the wedding so someone had to rush back and get them, but it all worked out in the end.
Your customer service team was excellent in sending me a second tuxedo when I ended up not being home, unplanned absence, for an extended period of time, and was unable to go pick up the first one you sent at my primary residence. The second tuxedo arrived in a couple of days to the place where I was at and fit just right. Thanks!

Very accommodating and fast service. Arthur was nice and made it a very enjoyable experience. I rented my suit for my wedding. I just wish the material was a bit more lux but I understand. Also, I wanted to show ankle on my legs since I wore flats and unfortunately, they only took an inch. But again, I understand since I just rented the suit.
