Estimate too steep
Billy was very nice, but after looking at other estimates his quote was $22,000 higher than the next highest quote for the exact same work.

Did not receive estimate. Did not get calll back to schedule for waterproofing estimate. Waste of my time. Rep was professional. No follow through.

Appointment was on time. Salesman took his time explaining my work to be done.
The consultant was rude and refused to walk around the property because “it might be muddy.” He was sitting in front of the property for about 5 minutes and didn’t say anything like that over the phone. When I asked him a question he was very short with his answer and at first replied “what???”
I felt refused and now I’m refusing.
Possibly ,submit a proposal as to what will be the cost to complete the job.
Bring sample and demonstrate how product would install into semi-custom (11" wide x 10" deep) gutters off a low-pitch (1:12) standing-seam metal roof/

1:00 appointment becomes 2:30. Sorry, but that's not the best way to start a relationship. Blew any trust I might have right out of the gate. Why in the world would I trust my money and my house to somebody so disrespectful and rude? Good to know your business is going so well you can afford to treat customers so poorly.
Patricia was Very personable, knowedgable and efficiant. She made sugestions that as a lay person I would not have thought of the gave the job a clean finished look.

Yes. Scheduled an appointment and Beltway Builders failed to show up. They didn’t call, email the cancellation, text - nothing! Come to fine out, they decided not to do additions that day. That’s fine, but don’t make me wait around for a meeting they scheduled. Very rude.
I've yet to receive a quote for my product. I may be willing to give a
better rating dependent on the quote for the work requested. The project. Mgr. appears to be knowledgeable however a response is require for me to make a decision. This project is being bidded on which there are currently 2

Price to paint a kitchen and bath room ceiling was double all the other estimates I received for the same job
