I really had a great experience from my initial call through the estimators visit to my home. He was extremely professional. Also showed up on time and then provided my estimate by the next day as promised. That being said, the amount of your estimate is higher than expected and not competitive.

Your pricing. An Estimates two and a half times more, out of the four estimates I received. I repeat two and half time the amounts. Estimating $ 7,800 + to paint kitchen cabinets ? I could have brought new cabinets for that amount. I have had my entire interior of my home painted for les than half the amount.
It’s clear how you guys charge, it is definitely not based on the job. You guys must look at where they live and how much you THINK they can afford. Or your estimator must thought I was to old to know better. 7800 + That was ridiculous estimate. What an insult Darryl.

Have selected a company to do the work that have seasoned drywall installers and have come highly recommended by friends. Also I found their price to be reasonable and more competitive than yours and several others.

Don’t know much yet, I’m getting Greenbelt homes inc to come evaluate what I want an tell me what I can do and what I can’t do. Then I’ll be more ready for estimates in those parameters I’m deciding on what I want, I’ve got estimate on tech look alike materials an I also want estimates frond companies for brick pavers above the ground a few ft with a step, so I will get back with you about to estimates after I’m more certain about what they let me do here.ok?
The estimate for the job of mulching, trimming and pruning was about 2-3 times higher than the otger quotes and my past experience.
I'm having challenges getting a correct contract for some work on my house. I'm concerned because I've read online reviews and the ones with the low stars mostly have to do with the administrative work (ie: getting quotes, etc) at the beginning stages.
Mr. Eric Salas was very courteous and efficient in giving the estimate. But the price is way too high and can't afford this.
