Very expensive bid and 26 week lead time. This may be standard, which we intend to validate or refute through attaining other bids, and if so, I'd definitely revise this rating upwards.
You people are very expensive. The job of $1000 your company asks for $5000.

Ridiculously expensive
You called 1/2 hour after my appointment starting window to tell me your aren’t coming then set an appointment for the following Wednesday at 11:30 am when I told the representative I needed an appointment after 4pm
Company won’t purchase the permit.
Salesman did not have tools on computer to show immediately what door would look.
Had to go back to office to draw up proposal therefore waiting several days to see cost.
You were 60% higher than the other quotes we received for the same job.

The estimator was very informative and courteous. Estimate was immediate and to the spot. I'm seriously considering them for the work, but have not completely made my mind up yet.
Knowledgeable technician/contractors who don't try to oversell work necessary versus desired.
We think the MasterShield product is likely very good but the pricing for our project much higher than we expected especially for the garage/studio.
We did not appreciate the hard sell, the estimate paperwork, nor the ‘deal’ hand written on a business card. You need to at least update your paperwork and make it more professional for what you are charging.
I would have appreciated a discussion on actual cost using existing gutters (especially garage studio where gutters are new except for 1 damaged one) versus replacing all.
We are opting to have our gutters cleaned instead of installing gutter guards.
The price was a bit higher than we want to pay. We do have a quote from another company that keeps the framing so we don't need to replace and paint all my inside trim. We really didn't want to need to replace all our inside trim.
The price was twice to three times as much as other estimates we received for similar product and installation.
Good selection and people
Had Mathew over to get an estimate but never heard from him again. Called to try to get an estimate but had to leave a message. Been waiting weeks.
Their advisors know what they are doing. It brings peace of mind.
A representative came out but I have not received the quote for service.
They are prompt and detail oriented. They answer any questions you have and find the best products and pricing to meet your needs.
They could not give me an estimate for a job in which they came out to do- seems ridiculous
Woodland was very responsive to my need to get an estimate and scheduled it very quickly. I'm selling my house and the estimate needed as response to a door issue raised during the home inspection.
I have gone back to the manufacturer, Pella, and they are likely to provide a less expensive repair option versus the cost to replace the complete door & frame.
the only reason I am not likely to proceed with the Woodland estimate is because of the lower cost option thru Pella that I can offer my buyer.
otherwise, I would refer Woodland as a good resource to proceed with.
I asked specific questions and did not receive credible responses. Just sales pitch. STOP
No issues with Beltway Builders. We decided to pursue a different option.

Joe (and the telephone and online support team) is forthright, knowledgeable and articulate. Follow up and communication has been great. I'm looking forward to the proposal and hope to move forward with our project on that basis.

I liked very timely response when I called for the appointment. I liked everything about Ryan’s visit to evaluate my windows and give me an estimate. Ryan was very professional and did a quick evaluation, proposed the best solution for my needs without trying to sell me the most expensive options or additional services that I don’t need. When I am ready to replace my windows I will definitely go to Woodland for their no pressure reliable service.
