Joshua didn’t really provide many or any options. Was more or less a take it or leave it presentation. Was our first in-home estimate, and seemed really high as compared to research I had done on-line. As a former customer, I am familiar with the quality Woodland provides, but will have to see how estimate for the same windows with another manufacturer approved installer measures up to Woodland’s. Please do not take this as a negative on Joshua. He was very courteous and polite, and very thorough. He just really didn’t offer a real alternative to the Infinity line. Just said Essential line was like $60 per window cheaper and left it at that. Still will consider Woodland, but will entertain other brands and installers.

The appraiser for the job was given the wrong information for the perspective work I wanted done, then the estimator saw the needed work that I had requested an estimate on the amount I was quoted was so unreasonable. Not the contractor for me …
The only thing that has been so far is he came out, but I don't have an estimate yet.
Easy to communicate with
The quote of $3,600 was twice the price of the next highest estimate. My preference was also for a steel door but you only offered fiberglass. And 6 months lead time with a 40% payment upfront were also negative factors especially for a large company like Woodland.
Thus far, with our search for new windows, the experience has been very helpful and pleasant. We are still looking at other options, but are very interested in your services.

Didn't show up on time and than I had to call them to find out if they were even coming. Had to reschedule several times, and they kept getting my address wrong even after multiple times correcting them.
I needed several cabinets fixed and a Lazy Susan fixed - Quote was over $5000 WTF?

Based on who is performing the estimate the cost of my project tripled in 5 months with you and I was told my estimate is only good for a week. It appears that Beltway builders pricing model is volatile and I am choosing a more stable firm to complete my project needs.
Scheduled an appointment with Beltway Builders and no one ever showed up or called to say they weren’t coming nor did they send an estimate as promised.
Contractor was thorough and friendly. Provided two alternatives for my issue.

Never received an estimate. Was told I would have it same day. That was Wednesday. It is now Friday. No longer interested.
So far, my experience has only been working with Marcia who has been extremely professional.
