The estimator was very professional and gave great advice. My door can't be repaired. I need to purchase a new door. Was hoping to get around purchasing a new door.

I had the person come out he was very nice. Was told I'd have my quote in 15 mins. It's Saturday now and he came Thursday. I called Friday and left a message to him and called again a few hours later to the office number and was told he was sending it Friday. It's Saturday and still waiting.

initial quote was ridiculously expensive...then I got the "sale" price at 50% off.
No one in their right mind would pay your initially quoted price. I felt it was a scam.
