The cost was pretty unmanageable. I asked that I just contract the leak test for the tin roof, and have never heard back.

Very fast and friendly service. Have not recieved product yet, waiting to order more. So i can't comment on that but I'm sure it will be quality.

(3) Your representative, Ryan Velky, met with us at our home in Elgin, IL ...Ryan gave an excellent presentation, answered all our questions, provided us with a detailed & competitively-priced proposal, and was honest & forthright regarding the 6-month lead time for installation our home improvement project.
We are meeting with Ryan at your showroom this Tuesday (4/5/22 @ 3:00pm) to review our window & patio door selections, and to finalize our contract.

1) cancelled appt and they emailed me to confirm cancelation and showed up anyways
2) the man that came was the most rudest unprofessional salesman i have ever seen
3) salesman that came to my house had such bad body odor that i couldnt get him out of my house fast enough then i had to spray lysol everywhere he went n touched
4) he wore no face mask during this pandemic

Price seemed high
Guy showed up and gave a price of 1200 to power wash one side of my house which was 2times higher than other quotes. He also provided a quote for sealing the driveway for 700 which was 3 x higher than other quotes. When I suggested his quotes were high he suggested I round up the neighbors and get a group discount. Not interested in doing his job for him. I felt he increased the price because of the zip code or perhaps because I am a women but either way I wouldn’t recommend your company based on my experience.
I chose a different door brand.
WE are in the initial planning phase for needed door replacement. Thus far , service has been very professional.
I thought $18,000 was to much to extend my deck to around 5feet when the original deck cost me around $8,000.
Way out of price range for our budget
I expected you could replace my four window halves that lost their hermetic seal. But your rep said we don't repair sashes, we junk the whole window and sell you a complete replacement. My feeling is your company is narrow minded about customer needs. At present I'm searching for a glass shop to replace the halves discussed. Total of four.

We had an appointment and no one came
The person looked at my yard and consulted over the phone instead of coming in person. That was fine, but during the discussion I realized I needed an estimate for the back also which he couldn’t view. I’m still waiting on my estimate.
