I was referred to your company by a previous client in my HOA, but the representative (Mark) January 20, 2022 who called stated that the company performed insurance restoration. He was to refer me to another vendor from Richstone, but I have not received a return call.

Feels like you guys are overpriced for no reason
The person that called me on the phone from this company was rude and short with me FOR NO REASON. She kept calling me the day before and the day after I planned my week around these appointments to see if I could change my appointment time and dates after they were both agreed upon. The first time someone at the business couldn’t make it out to my home for whatever reason, and then the next time someone at the business needed me to change the agreed upon appointment time. What kind of business don’t have backup workers to accommodate their customers?
Needed service and had dates agreed upon and someone from the company called me and canceled EVERY ONE OF THEM, like they didn’t want my business.
I was satisfied with the service; however, I was informed that due to structural issues there is no remedy to what may appear to be a misaligned or sagging cabinet. I was assured that the cabinet is secure and there is nothing to be done.

I heard nothing back once you came to give an estimate. I have emailed and called but got no response. I understand if you aren't capable or willing to do the work, but you should at least follow up and let us know that.
You came out to look at the project but no one ever contacted me back once you were here. I get it if you aren't interested in the job or you can't do it, but you could at least let the customer know that.
When I asked your agent to speculate about the source of the leak, he said "If I had X-ray vision I would be hanging out outside of a girl's sorority."
Ugh.
He said they would have to rip apart my floor until they found the leak. they could maybe get to me in a couple weeks.
Double Ugh.
Fortunately, I found a company that has x-ray vision, and they were able to tell me, the next day and without ripping up my floor, that the source of the water wasn't a leak, after all.
