I need my front door fix
Bill Mitchell was good at his job. I appreciate him coming out to have your company be able to meet my needs and be able to get the island I really want. The price for the job I think is reasonable and look forward to seeing the final results.
It was a waste of my time and his I told them on the phone that this was a repair job the man proceeded to tell me that the windows needed to be replaced.
Rep didn’t bring any product to view although he did suggest that we go to show room to view.
Would have been nice to at least view the product he was trying to sell,

Never received itemized, written estimate to support exorbitant oral estimate.
No show/ no call on estimate.
But I answered 3 requests to confirm appointment that week and was expected to wait 1.5 hrs “drive time”

FRONT OFFICE VERY POLITE-SERVICE WASN'T NEEDED
I really appreciated the information that Gabriel shared with me, and your product seems like one of the best options available. The price however prevents me from going forward, it is greater than 50% more than i would be willing to spend. I have gone forward with a perforated aluminum gutter guard system and a routine maintenance plan with a local gutter cleaning company, i see the value here in particular as i do not intend to own the property for more than 5 years. Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable and i may have decided to go forward if i could stretch the cost of the system over a 30 year mortgage. thank you for your excellent service!

No one showed up for the appointment. I tok off work early to be at the house and no one showed up or called or emailed.

Your representative came out as schedule Wednesday Jan 26, 2022 and review my repair request on my chain link fence. The requester indicated that he would work up the cost and let me know via email. However, I did not hear back from him. I call the Allied office on Thursday Jan 27 2022 and was told to call the representative which I did but recieved no reply back or email.
Customer service is outstanding. Talking on the phone with customer service is a pleasure. They show great respect and accommodation for the customer
Project manager, Will, was great at explaining the company's profile and outlining the process. However, budget estimates and project quotes were not in alignment.
Quality service
The cheapest 80 by 32 prehung exterior door that you sell is $2500 and the install is $1100. That's too high.
Allied Restoration (Mark Eckenrode) was exceptional and very professional. I was impress with the expediency in scheduling and completing the job and plan to keep Allied in my rolodex for future repairs. I will also highly recommend using Allied based on the work accomplished!

Canceled job
We are coming up to 3 weeks after my consultation and I still have NO proposal. If it takes this long to get a proposal, how reliable can I expect you to be to show up to do AND complete the work?!
I cannot believe you are rated so high on Angie’s List because so far I really couldn’t be more unimpressed.

Attentive service, puntual and very on point. The sales representative was not pushing us to buy and was very polite. He had lots if options to show us through catalogs for the door we were looking for. The turn around for the project was our deal breaker. A little over 24 weeks turn around.
