Salesperson was nice, however my requirements were not really listened to.. Additionally, the price of the project quoted was significantly higher then any other bid, I dont feel like this company is interested in my business at all - It was a waste of my time which I will not repeat:(
The high price quoted told me that the bidder wasn't interested in my small job. I'll look elsewhere.
Employees have been very helpful and prompt. Communication has been great.

The person that came seemed somewhat dismissive and disinterested in talking with me about my project. He wasn't too friendly and lacked excellent customer service. I had a similar experience over a year or so ago with another person who came by regarding a backyard project, which is why I was hesitant to utilize your services. In fact, I never scheduled this appointment because of my previous experience. Please provide some customer service training to your employees. In my opinion, they need it.
First and foremost, Mr. Eric was very polite and professional. In addition to that, he was very knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood exactly what he was talking about. Great Job!!

utter nonsense waste of time
I still haven’t heard back from a quote I requested weeks ago.
The estimate was beyond the limits of my budget for the two projects I had in mind.
I never rec'd an estimate for the work I requested.
Never got my estimate
Sean was supposed to call and come to estimate garden clean up at our house on Dec 21 between 2:30 and 4:00 PM from Mr Lawn. He neither called or showed up. Bad business!
I haven't received a quote yet.
Communication problem with workers, poor clean up skills, work not satisfactory. Having to pay for adissonal repairs that they caused. If you are going to use immigrant labor, you need to make sure that at least one person is fluent in English.
Long list of problems, but in short, they were too slow, far too messy, and did too much damage. Communication was slow or outright bad.
The product was made right as expected only it took a while to do the project.

Please note working out the details but this is my first and last time sun-contractors are not honest people I walked with the contractors and explained to him what to do per-contract agreement he fail to do then tried to get my best friend who is mentally challenged to sign off on a form of completion when my best friend let me know late I’m upset and the rest of the work is pending the manager that came out to do the contract was very professional and honest the workers are not when I o effectively communicated with the worker and explain what needed to be done and walked him to the areas that needed to be done this is the worst ever and he didn’t put any installation in the ceiling and wasn’t wearing any masks when I wasn’t here but trying to manipulate my friend with special needs and not completing the work as stated In the said contract 2-3 days fail to complete the work and to do short cuts not a good experience never again.
Based on the fact that the estimate was double what we expected, we need to get estimates from other places. Had the estimate been what we expected, we were willing to NOT shop other window retailers.
We're not sure yet on how we will proceed, but we are not ruling out doing some of our windows with you.
