I thought the estimate was incredibly high
Bill was very knowledgeable.
Personal touch and providing alternative solutions
The price doubled fromestimate to proposal
There was nothing special about painting two small bedrooms.
Angi listed cost to be between $200-$1000 based on the size and complexity of the job.
I was not given an estimate for all of the projects I want done.
The work wasn’t done correctly and very sloppy. The work completed caused more damage to my home than expected. I don’t feel comfortable with them coming back to repair or fix the issue.
Wonderful, knowledgable sales person and great front (phone) staff. We just don't have the budget for it now but will keep your number! Thanks for coming out on a Saturday too! Very nice.
Fast response and a quick quote. No work done yet to base other information on
Felt a little bait and switched with the tile project coming-in $7K higher because materials were excluded from the first estimate. Will likely still move forward with the painting, but am on the fence on the tile.
I’m not sure yet.
We have only received an estimate so far which we are reviewing. The estimator was very professional.
I requested a itemized estimate for each project and was not able to obtain.
I am highly impressed with the knowledge and overall professionalism thus far with my experience working with Beltway Builders, Inc.
We are looking for a contractor who can give at least a little idea of the extent of work and budget we will need. The gentleman who came to our house didn't listen to our needs, he was there to give us an architectual quote and nothing else. Did not even look at the house. Sat at table, handed me an quote for an architech or something ( I threw it out before he got out the door).
Montana has been amazing to work with she is very knowledgeable :)
Your in the running…..
I'd still like to have the estimate emailed to me.
Yes, this was a very small job, it took just over an hour for a handman to fix the fence, and yet, you wanted to charge me $750.00. For an hours worth of work. When I asked the appraiser to break down the cost he said the parts and a half a day labor. (Again it took just over an hour) I had told the office that it was a small job, and yet when I counter the offer (I said $200.00) the response from the appraiser was a laugh and the response that it wasn't worth the companies time. That the company wouldn't make any money. I was prepared to go up some, but not with that response. As a businessman my self, sometimes you do a small job at cost, or a little over, with the hope that when a larger job comes along I will call the company.
The price. Each window is more than the patio door you put in a few years back. I'm getting other quotes.
It would have been better to do a 3ms to 5ms phone call before arriving at home location
Communication from the project manager is lacking
Price wasnt as expected
Your quote was much higher than others and what I can afford.
When will you be here?
I didn't receive the written cost estimate.
To expensive
Called set appointment up with a women over the phone told me Paul would be my tech and I would get an email before he arrived with a photo. The day and time comes and no one shows. I call back they say they have no idea who I am and i am not in their system. A manager comes out take measurements the same day super nice to try to fix what ever happend. She sends me an email the same day. We expressed wanting to get the ball rolling fast. I emailed the Manger back 2 separate times. Then called 2 days later to see what happened again. She says no emails received on her end. I don't want to chase people for work to be done so I chose another company after 2 separate failures on the companies part. I need reliability
Price is giving me pause..
Good customer service

Aaron Baker said that he would get back to me after our meeting. He never did. He also seemed disinterested in doing the stamped concrete project at my home.
