Bob the technician that serviced carpet was very approachable and did a decent job cleaning. Not sure if the policy restrict technician from cleaning carpet under doors (closet;bathroom) in areas where carpet is being cleaned. Not doing so creates a strip of discoloration that can be seen by the eye when opening doors.

Everything!!!! Amazing service and amazing technician . There were spots on our 3 year old carpet that 2 other carpet cleaners said they couldn’t get out. Octavious is the best. Not that I want the carpets to get dirty again but I can’t wait to have y’all come back.
