Your technicians are always professional and prompt. You cleaning does not involve chemicals, yet the carpets are always very clean. We have used Zerorez here at least once a year for several years and keep going back, so we must be pretty happy.

The associate Ben who came out was so pleasant and really took time to see what our needs were as well as explained the process. He was efficient and did a great job on the carpets, got stains out & really made the tile look good. We will use him & you all again! I kept telling him to work some miracles & to us he did!
