My technician was very thorough, but I scheduled another appt at 3201 Glen Terrace, Charlotte, for Nov 22.
Blatant spots on the wool area rug came back up, and I’d like them retreated.
The wand left brown residue on the arms of the upholstery I had cleaned, so the arms need to be retreated.

(I thought I'd let you know of my disappointment with the service fee. I it seems to me the main benefit is the 30-day guaranty, and I don't think a customer should have to pay for a company's short-term promise of good workmanship. This isn't a big deal at all, but I thought I'd let you know my thoughts on this.)

The Zero Rez technician was very professional. He kept me informed of time frame of his arrival. He cleaned what was scheduled to and respected my home, being careful not to scuff walls. The scent of the cleaner was mild, but clean and the carpets felt great after the job was completed and carpets were dry.
