Very professional and prompt at service. Technician Joshua is amazing very thorough. He explains everything he is doing and makes sure that I am happy before he leaves. He is a pleasure to work with and does a great job.

The guys called 20-30 minutes before arriving. They showed up on time. They were very personable to our family. The took their time and did a great job on our carpet. The explained things in detail and were very through. They went above and beyond our expectations with the job. I would use zerorez again in a heartbeat. The guys were awesome!

The work was done fast and well. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman that did the work was able to tell me what to expect before and after the treatment of the floor. I will call agin for the next cleaning when needed. This has been the way I have extended the life of this carpet.
