Excellent service. Had 6 pet urine stains. 5 came out completely, one took about a week to completely resolve, but looks good now. I called Zerorez after 3 days to discuss that stain; they offered to return to treat the spot again, but as it turned out, it wasn't needed. Completely satisfied.
It is very clean and does not leave an odor. The person doing the cleaning is always very kind and tries to remove any stains on the carpet. You are always able to schedule a cleaning that is convenient with my schedule.
