Everything was professionally cleaned, fresh pleasant scent remained after cleaning both area rugs and upholstery. Our cleaner, Jaelyn (not sure of the spelling), was so nice and respectful. Answered every question I had and took time to explain the procedure. He took his time and really worked on the spots that I was sure would never come out. Carpet was left minimally damp and did not take long to dry. After drying, carpet had a nice soft feel to it.

I e-mailed to get a quote on having our area rug cleaned and was able to schedule someone to come out. They gave me an estimate right away, removed the rug and returned it within the next week and we couldn't be happier. Very reasonably priced!
