Great service and results

This service is unbeatable! Our backyard is full of clay and we have 2 large dogs. It’s impossible to keep their feet clean. Our carpets had an orange tint to them. After zerorez visited, the orange is completely gone! The carpets look new again. My only complaint is our technician arrived an hour after the window without calling. He was very apologetic when he arrived. We will definitely be using them again!

Love the fact the services don't use chemicals, but do feel like sometimes some stains don't come up without chemicals so it's hit or miss at times. Great service and great customer service was provided by the technician though.

I have been using Zero Rez for 3 years now. Once a year I get the basement carpet in my house cleaned to remove all signs of fraternity fun and muddy dog prints. It always looks brand new and shows no sign of wear. Unlike other companies I have used in the past, there is no weird odor, and the carpets are dry very quickly. I also gave my tech a 9x12 area rug I have had for 18 years and never had cleaned. It has lived through potty training, dogs and more. It looks brand new and no trace of any old odors at all. I could not be happier.
