The person I spoke with to schedule the appointment was very helpful. I was later given a phone call confirming the appointment and telling me what time to expect the technician. On the day of the appointment, as promised, I was served first thing in the morning but not before receiving a call from the technician telling me he would be there within half an hour.
Josh, the technician, was very friendly, explained what he would be doing, talked about the products used for the cleaning process and estimated the time it would take. He did exactly what he said he would do within the time he estimated it would take.
The carpet was very clean when finished and dried completely within 5-6 hours.

Well this was a revisit from a previous cleaning. This time everything looks great. I know when the technician was here the first time he was having suction problems with his truck.
