your understanding and acceptance of the fact that your employees have personal lives which some times can interfere with their work. I say this because I have had to cancel a shift at last minute because my baby sitter didn't turn up and I was stock with the kids. Even though I Feld quit bad that I couldn't make it to this shift, I was equally pleased that my care designer understood and accepted this without any fuss.

Because NND cares about their employees as much as their clients. NND is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They go out of their way to accommodate their workers availability and always show their appreciation for any little extra thing we as caregivers do for our client.
