I really appreciate that Nurse Next Door supported me when there was conflict with the client's mother. They understood I did the best I could, and gave me the reassurance I needed. The staff are always kind and supportive.

I feel really appreciated by NND as I have received Employee Appreciation cards not only on my anniversary but also on my birthday and Christmas time. One client of mine also praised this service highly as it values seniors.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Nurse Next Door has been absolutely phenomenal about understanding my personal, emotional, and family demands. The management team have been very kind, caring, and considerate in times when I've needed it most. With all the demands on my time, I love the flexibility to be able to set my own schedule. Although I sometimes make sacrifices to my schedule to help Nurse Next Door, I don't mind doing it. I find that my efforts are recognized and appreciated. All of this combined with the respect we are shown makes Nurse Next Door an excellent employer. Would I recommend Nurse Next Door to a friend for employment? Absolutely!! Nurse Next Door is making lives better! Mine included.
