Nurse Next Door Is Very Caring

The people at Nurse Next Door truly care about their employees as well as their clients. I was very impressed to get a call seeing how I was doing after loosing a client. It made me feel like I was part of a family.

Even though you do not have a car or driving license, Nurse Next Door gives you the opportunity to use the public transport to acquire experience.

Service to employees is fantastic. I don't stay on the phone for long before someone speak to me. Friendly and understanding customer service representative and care coordinator. No delays in payment.

Flexibility with shifts and very lovely people to work with!

Nurse next door is great to work for lots of great coworkers and leaders but hours would likely inconsistent, and the staff that fills shifts call all the time even when they can see u just worked a 12hr shift and about to do another and ask you to come work in between or when your already working or trying to sleep so you can go to your next shift. I literally got 3 calls one morning well trying to sleep after working a night from 3 different people its just a flaw in the system that could use some work. ..

I think they provide a great service & I love the emphasis on providing a fun experience, and not just looking to meet basic needs.

Very accommodating when trying to match me up with visits that fit into my already busy school schedule. Have alway been understanding when I've requested time off. Extremely friendly individuals in the call centre. Care designers have been very supportive when incidences have arisen.

The news letters are very informative about alot of health issues etc.

Attention to the clients needs is foremost and you do your best to accommodate them.
