I like the flexibility that NND offers with scheduling. As well, the care designers and management not only listen to our needs as employees but they admire us as well. When I was returning to school to obtain my certification, the expenses were high so I asked about some financial aid. Management went the extra mile to put in place a bursary that would not only help me if I were awarded it, but it would help others in the future also. For the first time in my career, I feel like I'm somebody and not just another body to fill the space. I am able to make a difference in others lives and they in mine.

I like our policy towards clients. They come first and foremost in this business. There needs are number 1 to us. I like to recommend working for us by saying we have the freedom to please our clients as we see fit. We pick our hours and have the freedom to pick our clients by how we feel with them and with me the care designer has chosen well for me as long as I have been working for NND.

The purpose is meaningful. While patients receive respect and maintain their dignity, we feel a sense of goodness doing the smallest tasks. Every call made and received from your call station has been a very pleasant experience.

What I like about this company is the flexibility. The wonderful girls at the Customer Service Center. They are always ready to help out in any given situation with a positive no problem attitude. I have been dealing with Julia and Paulina, these gals are terrific as well as the other ladies but it is always nice to get a familiar voice on the line. When and if we need to have attention on the home front there is always some one here to help out whether it be Tamra or Amanda. The caregiver never feels alone in any given situation. Plus its always great to have get togethers to meet other co-workers. I feel this is exceptional wonderful company to work for and I am please to be a part of it.
