It is very flexible and treats us with respect not just a number. NND is very understanding about needing to spend time with our own families and shows concern for our well being, as well as that of our clients. NND goes out of their way to accomodate the needs of their employees and I have found that that is not always the case with other employers. I would not work anywhere else.
I find when calling into the office, the staff answering the phone provide support to frontline staff like I have never experienced before. If you leave a message, they call back, if you have a question they find the answers. This is awesome.

When reading through the Playbook it really demonstrated that NND thinks of their employees as people who have lives outside of work, which many places seem to forget, I got a real feeling of respect. This also shows that NND's sense of compassion is not only reflected in how the clients are treated, but how employees are regarded as well.

The workshop before starting the work was very helpful explaining the core values and how can be applied.Well orgnize before going to clients health care giver has full information of clients.first day of work I did not find the clients I called the customer care they were very help full in finding what's happening.
