What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Nurse Next Door works to achieve success for both the Client and Caregiver. One of their highlights is using the clients phone to record the arrival and closure of working hours,for me this is a safety catch that supports both individuals.
I like that someone always answer the phone regardless of what hour one is phoning.

I am with you right now and everyone here are amazing people. Ready to make us feel comfortable to work, always ready to answer questions via email or over the phone. I haven't met you guys yet but by talking with you on the phone I can feel that you are all nice and I will not be disappointed to recommend Nurse Next Door to my friends or friends of my friends a great place to work.
