I love that I can view care plans prior to accepting shifts. Let's me know what to expect and how to prepare myself, especially how to go above and beyond.
The shifts fit my schedule nicely and the people who offer the shifts make me feel like I'm appreciated and that's important to me.

I would Prefer because Nurse Next Door employees have excellent service right from the scheduling department to the case manager. They understand and work with dedication. Although I am new to this Company but I am learning from my mistakes, every day from the staff members, and they motivate me to do better every time.
