Hi
This is a company which gives lots of opprtunities to learn about care. I got lot of experience by going location to location . This way I got lot of experience and it happened because of the lots of shifts offer . Other than this company organise time to time teaching session theoretical as well as practical like last 2 session I attended , was about special need care and transfer of client with the help of mechanical lift. So it is a very good company . It should increase the wages not more but little like $15 to 18 or $20 .
