What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

For my experience with Nurse Next door is excellent.

The only thing I do not like is when you call the to ask for companion for the first time and you have to wait for quite a while although they play a recording if I was looking for a company I don't know if I would wait that long might be tempted to hang up which would not be good.

their Care service specialists are awesome. Scheduling is very convenient and if happens that youre ynable to take a certain shift theyre there to help. They are really practicing the WOW customer service.

My biggest reason for giving this score is that Nurse Next Door not only is very helpful and caring with there caregivers but they always take the time to ensure that the caregivers are up to date with there clients care and goals , which really helps ensure quality care.
