Sam was very thorough and did a great job! He explained any issues he ran into (type of polyester / my sectional) and found a work around. Both the carpet and furniture look so much better.

The cleaning didn't really make much difference. I followed the cleaning with woolite carpet cleaner in the spots I was told were not removable and I was able to remove all of those spots. Zerorez doesn't really seem to be able to clean a carpet.
Cole was a great technician. I like Zerorez because they use there own water supply. Cole did a really good job.
I gave a tip, but I have never had a service company come to my home with the option to
add a tip. I know Zerorez does this now and in the past.

I have used Zerorez twice in the past 18 months; once when we bought the house; and once after a large renovation project. Air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning both times. The services were very easy to schedule on line the first year. I pre-scheduled this year knowing the reno would be messy. I had to re-schedule at the last minute, and Zerorez made it very easy to do. The scheduling people are very nice. The technicians who did the work are very professional, and they do thorough work. Chris, the air duct tech, explained everything he was doing. Tevon, the carpet specialist, went above and beyond. Not only did he explain to me, he was mentoring a young tech, and he did an amazing job teaching the young man (I apologize for not knowing his name). They used a pre-scrubber machine on my low nap carpets - they got solid “stuff” out of my carpet that was unbelievable! The carpet is significantly brighter and softer. I highly recommend Zerorez for home cleaning.
If you're not going to be able to be there within the show-up time frame, let the customer know as soon as possible and APOLOGiZE.
I really appreciated the professionalism and care with which our carpets were cleaned. The two gentlemen that cleaned our carpets were very friendly and informative. I will definitely be using ZeroRez in the future!

I was hoping that the stains in my carpet would at least lighten up. The cleaning made it worse. The technician apparently did not have the tools or expertise to help with my problem.
