some of the people sent were nice then there were the ones who knew my husband smoked told them at the beginning before anyone came and then dropped him like a hot potato so no I would not reccomend

Although the nurse is wonderful and very professional I feel the company like other large companies have a communication problem.

i am Recently, now,very happy to have a great caregiver from nurse next door. i have been cared for since 2007, when after having a major stroke that left my left side paralysed, I could no longer care for myself completely, therefore needing help from HOMECARE SERVICES FOR THE PAST 16 years, I have experienced many different care givers! Some great, some.. not so….good, but my service from NURSE NEXT DOOR HAS BEEN VERY GOOD ! .. the caregiver comes every day and she has been constant for over a week now,which I truly appreciate, and it has made life easier and happier by not always starting each session with instructions and teaching someone new which is always frustrating for both parties! MANY THANKS TO NURSE NEXT DOOR FOR SCHEDULING A CONSISTENT CAREGIVER FOR ME, ITS A GREAT RELIEF KNOWING WHO WILL BE HERE IN THE MORNING,!

We are very pleased with the visit.

The registered nurse knew nothing. I could list so many things in this space that gave her a huge fail. I couldn’t begin to believe she could help someone that truly need assistance.

I had 2 workers. One was great and one was terrible

we have had great assistants, and nurse next for has been very accommodating with changes to schedules. downside they are not great at communicating within the organization and passing on information from clients.

The various people to help you hired were mostly good. My lower mark is because the people in the office seem to have a lack of communication. My being away was a prime example of that. I had phoned and emailed you my intentions as far as my return. I let you know verbally when I was leaving and would call when I got back. You sent the care worker here after I said I wouldn't be here. I'm sure you charged WCB for the visit. I am going to let WCB know about this when my case manager know about this when she gets back. Also for some reason my visits from the care giver were canceled and NND phoned me and asked why. That I had no idea that had happened.
There have been other incidents of lack of communication and those are the most recent.

My nurse always arrives on time and is very comfortable when asked to do various household chores, to go for a walk, and has helped medically with some of my concerns.

Janna Bellavance is amazing... a life saver.

We have been trying to get the x-rays and shot needed for our uncle. There as been a few issues along the way but Nurse next door has been very helpful . The issues that we are having are not with the Nurse next door it is lake of cominucation between they other group of people in the picture.

My husband liked both caregivers and found them caring and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Bernadette who is exceptional. She really helped First name removed, my husband, gave me helpful suggestions and did vacuuming and laundry as well.

On another note the caregivers need to be trained on how to identify and use a lock box so that the disabled clients don't have to answer the door and risk falling and injury. The caregiver who came on Tuesday rang the doorbell.

Worst service ever. They asked for a picture of my wound so they could come with supplies, then they showed up with nothing and expected to use our supplies. Quit them after that.
Before that they should have come on a Friday and told wcb they had everything they needed, but then they phoned me asking for the dr orders. Everyone involved seemed to not know how to do there job very well and absolutely did not communicate well at all. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Great staff. We have the same care provider for over 3 years with no issues. Easy to communicate with office in terms of scheduling changes/updates.

We get service on very short notice, which is very important for us. You always have accommodated us!

We have worked with several caregivers who have been kind, nice, caring, and easy to work with.

I am also pleased with customer service.

Overall I only have good comments about you gals!

Every person I have dealt with has been very professional, going out of their way to help, efficient, and very caring. My parents always receive the very best care from the nurses. They are outstanding. Also, I always receive the very best help and professionalism from the administration when I call or email.
