It's really the luck of the draw re: caregivers provided. One I considered great. One I considered a law suit and I now have someone I would describe as adequate.

I seem to be contacted by many people. I prefer one or 2 case workers or whatever designation that person would have in your organization.

I also expressed a preference for email communication because of my job, I can oftentimes answer an email when with a student or in a meeting but of course cannot answer the telephone.

I made a request for invoices to be emailed and not go through snail mail but that was ignored.

Love the caregivers!

Some caregivers are better than others.

We had nnd service for mom only 3 times but they were very very good. NND took the time to get the right person for mom and she really liked the cg. I also liked the concept that we didn't have to sign a contract. note: do not call clt call clt contact Debbie Star atPhone number removed382

Client thinks the service was not quite what she thought it be. Lady who comes is nice but she has to repeat everything everytime. She would like cg's to know after a month or two. Pleasant cg and thinks it could work out in the end.. because cg who came before was even worse.

Continuity of CGs would have made it a 10. New caregivers every 4 weeks or so. But price was as expected and quality of service was excellent.

Knowing that our family member was going to have one on one interaction and that the people comming in would take her out and ensure that she did receive her meal tray while in hospital. It provided great peace of mind and I will highly recommend your service!

The reason I would recommend Nurse Next Door is they treat your loved one with respect and compassion. I found that even though my husbands wishes may have been outside of some others beliefs, they were still respected fully. This allowed my husband the comfort to be home as long as possible, giving the children time with their father.
