Service was good in the beginning not as great any more
We experienced too much turn over and a few inappropriate placements in the beginning. I do not love high staff turn over (caregivers and care designers) and having to develop new relationships constantly. But when we have gotten a golden caregiver all has been well.
I was assigned respite staff pretty much immediately after I requested it, and everyone, respite staff and NND workers are very professional, caring and nice! Shoutout to Alicia Bannister and Alexandra!
Very responsive. Able to find a home care aide within 24 hours. Compassionate staff
My mom feels very comfortable with her nurse next door. It has eased stress for my mom and for me also.
I love the leadership team. Schedulers are professional and very helpful.

There is more than one (1) reason. it is not an issue with your company as a whole or even as a local provider, I will be returning to your care system March 14/17, if the same conditions exist I will formally address them at that timem

Excellent service from Edilyn Villarin, a caring, conscientious and efficient LPN. (She left her "pink" folder and said it did not belong to her and that Someone from Nurse Next Door would pick it up. No one has done so as yet.)
Nurse Shay was also good though perhaps a bit shy about asking what she should do.

So far, my cleaning lady is pleasantly efficient.

The nurses were very friendly and professional. They were on time and kept us well informed and answered any questions we had. They were sincere in their care for my husband and also concerned for my welfare as his caregiver.

Peace of mind this service provides
I am very happy with the service, starting with the initial visit, as well as the friendliness and efficiency of the schedulers. The 2 girls that have come have been nice. For our situation the minimum 3 hours is too long. Our mother had trouble understanding the one girl, who as it turns out couldn't understand our mother either.
