Have been impressed with service and ease of booking, cancelling services etc. Have only been using for a few months so hope it stays this way.
Very happy with Nurse next Door and their services to help my brother with his medical situation. I am very appreciative of the fact that they can transport him to appointments and sporting events. The telephone staff have been amazing when I have called in to make appointments. :)

Sue has been a pleasure to have come into my home to do daily dressing changes. Such a positive and very knowledgeable lady.
sometimes we have struggles finding the most appropriate caregivers given the complexities of my wife's needs. In this case it took more than two over a span of three days, which is difficult on myself, as I have to miss multiple days of work to provide repetitive training as new caregivers would come. Otherwise I have been very happy with the responsiveness of the service.

Sister Elizabeth is very quick and if asked to do any extra cleaning she is more than happy to help me.
When you find the right caregiver with experience and work ethic then it's very much worth it.
We had a very negative experience with one and a disappointing experience with a couple more (one of which was just filling in for a day).
We would recommend to friends that they supervise any caregiver at first to make sure they are knowledgeable and have common sense . The cost is very high as well for a client that needs no medical attention. The fees are comparable to other services though. The caregiver we have now is wonderful so we are very happy with her.
Generally very satisfied. Would have been a 10, we had one not so satisfactory experience. It was handled well.

Workers often not available on short notice or weekends. Lots of good workers.
My Dad is receiving respectful visits and treatment from your staff. If the scheduled worker there are always arrangements made for someone else to see my Dad.
Phenomenal care givers and outstanding customer service..
We have had excellent service from Dawn P., Mom's nurse. She has gone out of her way to keep us informed. I also appreciate the fact that Nurse Next Door monitors in/ out times for visits.
Your service is an excellent option for people requiring assistance with day to day living due to health problems.
Communication!
There were times when I needed a companion the same day and my request was fulfilled. It really is necessary that my dad get to his transfusions and I have been able to count on Nurse Next Door. Thank you

The gal that was sent out was ok, and there was a change then because of illness and new gal I will co tinue to followip with Dad on new gal

My mother loves the care and attention that is being provided over what capital Care provides.
She is happy when she knows Kathy is coming.
When I needed care for my son, Nurse Next Door was able to start care for him in a matter of days. I could not find a respite person and other organizations always have a huge waiting list. With Nurse Next Door, there wasn't a waiting list.
Sometimes a communication problem.
Cost, very expensive. Would like to have someone with my mom more but can't afford it.
The invoicing was a little screwed up to begin with. I think it is straightened out now.
Bailey is wonderful and my mom really enjoys her.
I had a very good feeling from my first conversation with Paula and then Raylene. Raylene arrived at our home the first morning and made us feel very at ease! She is a wonderful person. She trained our care worker and she is also doing a wonderful job! Thanks for everything!
