Zackmilian she was very helpful, friendly, good to talk to, and helped me in tough situations. Easily my favorite so far, including back here in Red Deer. 12/10, A++, three thumbs up lol

From start to finish it was great dealing with Nurse Next Door. My mother required 24 hour care after having hip surgery and we needed help from Nurse Next Door to be able to accomplish this. Arnnie ensured we were well informed about the details of the service, Dianne did a great job of arranging for the same person to fill all the shifts we requested, and Kelsey (the nurse that came to assist my mom) was friendly and helpful. Invoicing and payment was also a very easy process. We have nothing but good things to say about them!
I find that communication is very difficult. We love the caregiver but it's hard to get a hold of someone when you have questions.
I really love when my nurses came over.They're both big helped.
My life is much easy,
With out them I couldn't go out of bed with my body pain I deal with every morning.

I have had NND come to care for my Aunt at a complex care facility for dementia patients for 2 months now and it was one of the best decisions I have made for her quality of life. My aunt requires a lot of attention from qualified HCA’s for times where she has a tendency to escalate behaviours. The success had been overwhelmingly positive for her and has taken an of stress off me and my visits with First name removed have been much more enjoyable. I am so grateful for these wonderful people who have assisted my Aunt so wonderfully.

From the very first phone call to to the last communications I have had with the Nurse Next Door representatives, I have had prompt courteous & timely replies. I have a great respect for an agency that can provide good communications.
The effort to get schedules correct
when i got home you guys had nobody here for the first 3 weeks, then as time went on betwwen peaple not wanting to come out and peaple going to other places ive had just about more time than nobody could show up as time they can
Arnnie, and everyone at the office is easy to reach and responsive. Grandma’s caregiver Eve is lovely and takes great care of Betty.
We are very happy with our caregiver Brooke. Both Brooke and NND always inform us of any deviations in schedule. NND follows up to ensure things are going well.
Flexible with a schedule
I am very happy with the girls that are coming to my house, I could not have ask for better staff. All of them are polite, helpful in any way possible. Thank you very much for your choice. Stella is absolutely a gem with animals that touched my heart, and my dogs and cats love her very much when she arrives to my house, she receive an explosion of love from my dogs to cute to see.
