What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Cant fill all the visits I requested. "Sorry for the Inconvenience" was their reply. Its an "inconvenience" to miss a lunch date, but its more than an "inconvenience" to have to reschedule TWICE a medical appointment, then have the care giver show up late.
The price is also higher than most.

Our caregiver Alice was excellent with my daughter. She was gentle, kind, understanding, and very supportive of her when she was having an emotional crisis and demonstrating less than wonderful behaviour. The fact that she showed ‘she got it’ made a world of difference to my girl, and to me. There were no hidden judgments or comments made to others about my child. My daughter trusted her to be on her side. Alice was truly a blessing to our family.
