1 - Difficulty of finding people to meet my schedule needs.
2 - I was told that the care giver would be able to drive my wife around if need; however, from the three care givers that were sent my way, none had a car.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

We have been using your service for around a year now. With my father aging and my mum with alzheimer's the companionship that you offer for my mum is priceless. My brothers and I aren't able to see mum as much as we would like(I live 4.5hrs away). Your service offers mum a companion that has become an important part of her week and her life. I would recommend you because you don't just offer support. You offer friendship and companionship to the people you care for. Your workers become family.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

we have found that the caregivers will follow instruction fairly well but do not seem to do things on their own. example if you have activities available puzzles, coloring, exercises but do not specifically write or verbally instruct caregivers to engage the care person in the activity they often do not make an effort to encourage the care person to do things. Much easier to sit and watch TV.

The case manager Arnnie has worked hard to find a good caregiver fit for my Mom. Anka has been wonderful working with my Mom and has built a good rapport and understanding the needs of a senior with dementia.

Our worker, Anna, is amazing with our grandson. When I do have to contact office for any reason I am dealt with professionally and my issue is resolved promptly.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

While overall everything is good it can be difficult to deal with some staff at the call Center. Given my child’s needs it has been difficult to find staff which has cause me to miss chances to use my respite. I am extremely grateful for our current care provider but it would be nice to have qualified back up.

The staff you have sent have been great, they have been very conscientious and really care about my parents.
Scheduling has been great at keeping me updated about any staffing changes and /or schedule changes.
When I have had concerns about a caregiver the actions taken and the response time to addressing issues has been timely and effective.
Super happy with the quality of care.
