I am basing my score on my latest 'nurse', Ranjeet. She is very compassionate and understanding and is willing to try anything in the kitchen - following my recipes. She works well on her own and is very diligent at what she does. Name removed gets along well with her and vice versa and never wants a substitute if she can't come. Ranjeet is respectful of our privacy and her happy attitude just makes us feel better when she walks in the door.

Caring understanding caregivers

The ladies you sent me are very good they are perfect with my kid, he’s getting to know them ,he’s comfortable with calling the names and asking for them when they are not here also I am ,knowing they are very respectful and responsible when we are not around.

We have a good one now. If you’re lucky enough to get a good caregiver, then yes I would give a 9 or 10. Lots of below average people to sort through though.

For the most part you are reliable. You get some super workers and some not so reliable workers.

I like most of our caregivers but I feel the communication piece is a major fail - just this week we had a caregiver arrive and was scheduled (but I didn't know as I had not received a calendar) on a holiday Monday (when I had previously asked for no staffing on holidays as last month I stay up until midnight the night before a work day and had no staff show up in August) and she then had to go home. Tuesday night the care-givers car broke down and although she called in, no one called to inform us, so again, I was up until just about midnight.
This is not new and seems to be an ongoing issue.

I have been happy to have a selection of workers. There have been mess ups with scheduling lately though.

Great service. The care coordinators are very nice, understanding and compassionate. They never fail to follow up if I have some concerns. I don't feel like I'm a bothersome to them.

The care providers are great as well. Very caring and understading.

The caregivers are friendly and helpful.

The people who come to help my dad are very kind, knowledgeable and caring.

Great caregiver, service provider. Well at least this one Alma is the best. And my son had so much fun and success in all his summer camps. Thank you.

Unreliable workers and billing issues. The people I have spoken to on the phone have been wonderful!

I have had concerns with incorrect bookings and inappropriate behaviour/responses from the call center. Issues have been resolved with the help of the care designer and that has always been appreciated. I do like the care providers that have been sent into my home..they have all been a great match for my son!

Very nice healthcare aides but very expensive

The health care aid was awesome, can't say enough about her. Really appreciated everything she did for me.

LPN start egging the patient on things that really wasn't any of her business.

You are usually able to fill the requested shifts. The workers are usually pleasant.
