The people.

The nurse and other caregivers that came to the house bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of.Amber was on top of everything right from the get go and she made sure that I was taken care of which was very much appreciated

Cost is high. We went through several caregivers before we got one qualified.
That being said, we have the best caregiver we could ask for now. Invaluable.

I gave the score of six since I feel that we had requested a replacement for a month and Nurse next door was unable to provide me with the requested HCA's for the full month. The staffing wasn't consistent which left me hanging at times. However, I do understand that all of Health care is facing a staffing issue. I'm certain that under different circumstances, we would receive better service.

If you’re lucky enough to get a good trustworthy and common sense caregiver then yes. We’ve had many duds but are very happy with our current one. The price is extremely high too.

horrible company very inexperienced not reliable at all

The nurses you sent were Tara from 8-10 September 15th and Temi 10-7 September 15/16th and both were excellent. They were so caring and supportive at a time when I needed them so much. And I really appreciated Keiffer coming by and dropping off forms when my printer wasn’t working and being so pleasant. I will definitely recommend your organization to family and friends.

My caregivers are top notch and when I needed them the most due to a sad situation they helped me emotionally and helped me with the depression etc

Sabrina is the best most caring worker We have ever had. She gets (understands) Michael and wants what’s best for him, just like us. She is firm but fair and understanding.

We love Hoda - the person working with my son.

We've had LPNs and HCAs from NND and they have been high caliber people.

Very quick and fast service. Easy to get hold of them. Customer service is great

All the nurses I had for my stay are some of the best I hv ever had you have a great crew the same can be said for Brenna in Lloydminster, you will be hard put to replace her if she decides to move on to better things

The home care giver they sent me is phenomenal. The services and communication all around is fantastic.

Great customer service and love worker

I have found their staff to be attentive to my concerns and particular needs from the excellent care designers Kieffer & now Amber to the scheduling staff Lara, Lesley and Dianne, Sylvie & Julieto the caregivers Alexandra, Mary, & Estela who provide the day-to day care in my home.
They are all quick to address the concerns I have and have done their utmost to help me resolve unanticipated problems whether they arise from medical issues, staffing issues or scheduling. They appreciate the difficulties in adapting to caregivers and are focused on improving my situation at every visit.

Wonderful service. I am in the hospital now, iI will arrange for help when I get out.
