Service is very good as well as caregivers.

My mother has been absolutely impressed by the care she has received from her assigned nurse Selena. They hit it off right away and my mother is so happy and looks forward to the days Selena is scheduled to come by. Your service has provided wonderful care for her and relief for us, her daughters, during this time as we cannot visit our mother until the quarantine restrictions are lifted at her care home. Selena bathes our mom and takes care of any other small needs she has that we would normally do for her. So many thanks to all of you. We just cannot say enough.

Amber was amazing! Arranged everything to help keep my father out of nursing home during COVID. I’m in USA unable to travel to Canada. My parents were very comfortable with the caregivers. An excellent service!

Chelsea has been helping me with general cleaning and simple tasks around the house, and Christine has been helping me with foot care issues. I'm feeling quite cared for, and more in control of my home.

Have had some issues but getting back to the high service

Your care workers are very helpful, caring and kind. Anytime we have called or needed your help all have been efficient.

Care Aids were excellent and you did your best to fill the need in this trying time of covid-19

I have a nurse through out the week and another nurse weekends to dress my finger. They both work professionally and are good at what they do. They both have listening ears and always with positive vibes.

I find that sometimes communication is difficult with Nurse Next Door. For example, to speak with someone from finance is next to impossible.

The worker we have now is fabulous but it’s been tough finding a good match

customer service is awesome very fast and easy.

Scheduling keeps messing up the schedule and every time I go to Leduc for appointments they permanently change my address to Leduc , which results in unnecessary phone call’s and or messages
