The Precision Tune on Little Rock AFB, was top notch in replacing my starter on a 2012 Nissan Titan pickup truck. This job was way above my mechanical aptitude as the starter is located under the intake. Luckily it broke down in their parking lot, and they had me in and out in two hours. Fast and fair service for that job.

They told me about a leak that was in my radiator cap area. They got the part to put it in. They had already done the oil change. They did it as fast as the part got there. Amber was very nice Delwin was the tech and You showed me the part after you took it out and where it was leaking. The manufacturer had made this part with adhesive to put it together because it was plastic they did a good job guaranteed to work. Thank you very much

The team is always very honest, friendly, they remember repeat customers, and the quality of the work is beyond great! There have never been any issues with the repairs we've had done. I've never had issues with communication and the team is always punctual even though the shop is always busy. Ryan is a fantastic manager! The owner obviously takes care of the employees because it's consistently the same people. We don't take our vehicles anywhere else!

I came in with an unexpected breakdown and this shop was the closest place I could get my car too. The people in the shop went out of their way to help me and solve the problem so that I could get back on the road as soon as was feasibly possible. They explained the issue and worked through several scenarios to come up with a solution. Would highly recommend this shop.
