I had a pretty significant recent issue with my car that I’ve been struggling with and the idea of not having a car with a full time job and a toddler to drive to school, was simply not an option. I found Precision Tune Auto Care through my extended warranty company and am thankful I did! I drove up to park in the parking lot and a mechanic came over to the car to greet me and find out what all was going on with the car. After that, I walked inside to speak with the front desk, and I can’t say enough about the ladies at the reception, they were upfront and honest about cost and were constantly in contact with me regarding my repairs. While my car was in their shop, the owner, Wayne called me with more information regarding other larger repairs that should be done to keep me and my family safe. He kept in constant contact with me regarding additional issues that were found and suggested taking advantage of the car already being taken apart so I could capitalize on my warranty. Everyone I encountered at Precision Auto Tune Care was so helpful, understanding and kind. I will be coming back! I was originally getting my oil changed at an express oil change place near my house due to proximity, but with the exceptional care and honesty I received with Wayne and his staff, I will definitely be returning in 6k miles! Anthony and his crew were able to change out the Frozen water pump, serpentine belt, and pulley for the power steering as requested. But they also found water leaks and broken bolts which were also fixed. They kept me apprised each step of the way. Thank you for a job well done.
