I had a really great experience with them. I was contacted when there was something that came up unexpected and I appreciated that because that’s great customer service. And then when the person was having trouble reaching my intended recipient they let me know that too so that I could get in contact with the person and tell them something was out on their porch waiting for them. I believe that they did everything they could to ensure an amazing delivery. The products were also super cute my friend loved the toilet paper thing for sort of a get well thing it made her laugh which she very much needed and she loved the cookies!!!
