Friendly, helpful, timely service! Delivery of original order by FedEx was a total disaster and after 5 phone calls to try to straighten things out, that delivery never happened. But Cookies by Design contacted me, replaced the order and it was delivered the next day by overnight delivery. Your customer service is A+!!
