The cookies were ordered over email and phone. The staff was so helpful and patient as I was still trying to figure out what design I wanted. The design was wonderful and the cookies were delicious! Will definitely be back for more cookies!

I ordered the cookies as a birthday present for my Aunt. I found the site online, but should have probably looked earlier. The cookies were apparently very good - and looked beautiful - well-packed so no breakage. My Aunt really liked them. The only problem I had, which wasn't the fault of Cookies by Design, was that I paid $35.00 extra for shipping for her to get them overnight, but they weren't delivered until 3 days after the requested date. I'm sure that was due to the shipping issues Fed-Ex is having, but I wasn't thrilled about it. If you order, please order far in advance, and don't expect overnight delivery to be overnight - save the extra money!

The online ordering process is super simple, and I appreciate having delivery options for advance notice and same day. The cookies looked and tasted great!

Same day delivery was on point, came in less than 3 hours. Got decorated sugar cookies with an assortment of others and all were unbelievably delicious… And I’m super picky! Would recommend or reorder without a second thought.

I ordered a 2 cookie basket with a dozen gourmets & a balloon to my best friend in the Cincinnati area. It was delivered to her in great shape, on time & the cookies looked perfect! (She sent me a photo). This was my 1st time ordering a hand delivered basket bouquet for out of state. (I live in Chicago). I was nervous about this but Thankfully there were NO issues & I couldn't be happier! My best friend Loves everything!

The cookies always look exactly like the pictures and your delivery person was very thoughtful at delivery . This bouquet was sent for a new baby and the delivery person purposely knocked on the door so he wouldn’t wake the baby . So sweet. Also the cookies are always delicious ! Thank you 😊
