It was easy to order online and the delivery was done on the date that was promised and the delivery person notified me via phone call when the delivery was completed.
The cookies were beautiful, however we had asked for specific colors and a mistake was made. Instead of having them redo them we opted for some free cookies. This was an wonderful compensation. The cookies were delicious. The office ate them quickly and we were all wanting more!
The Cookies by Design staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have ordered large quantities of personalized cookies (over 200) from them multiple times and they always knock it out of the park! The cookies are so cute and a huge hit at my company events. If you need adorable, tasty, themed cookies - I would recommend Cookies by Design in OP every time.

I found out I needed to change the delivery date and I called the Tampa cookies by design store and they were very helpful and change the date with no problem. The arrangement was perfect my daughter-in-law loved it and she said the cookies were delicious! She said they made her day!
