Called late the day before they were closing. I asked if I could have my cookies delivered next day for my daughters 30 birthday. The girl was very pleasant and checked with her boss and said they could accommodate me. The cookies are beautiful they are the princess cookies. I’ve purchased many other cookies in the past for birthdays and graduations etc these were the prettiest. She loved them.

Cookies delicious, nice and soft

I bought a cookie basket for my sisters birthday and had it sent to her. I am from out of state, so this made getting her a gift very easy for me. The packaging looked perfect, and brought a huge smile to my sisters face. Thank you so much!

The family I ordered for were changing locations on the day the order was supposed to be delivered. Even though the order had been processed and ready to be shipped, I was assisted to send it (to another state) and they promptly cancelled the first shipment without a hassle. Followed thru on every promise that was made. Great service North Olmsted!!!
