Your crew truly loves dogs. It seems it's more than just a job to them. I like that you limit the number of furry clients and have adequate staff to care for them. I was amazed that Sherman came home his first day with a folder of photos and information on care after a day at Dogtopia and a card telling me whom he played with, what activities he enjoyed, etc! That the hours of pick up and drop off are very are flexible! I have been coming here for four years with both of my dogs and they love to come here to play. Jeremy, Sarah, and Christina are a few of my favorite team members.

Usually Chris or Jeremy ask good questions about various things like how Eli needs to be fed ,and anything they need to know about him. And it is logged in the computer right away. I like the way someone comes out to meet us . Everyone is so friendly and takes little Eli into their arms like he belongs to them . It is so nice not to have to pay for different times to have play. I like the way they get to play a lot and not be penned up.

Staff are not only friendly to clients but make a great effort to know and remember dogs' names, what they like, and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I interviewed several other facilities in the area, and was impressed with Dogtopia. That was over a year ago!
