I am new to Dogtopia. So far, I am happy with the hours of operation, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff - you can tell they are dog lovers, and the opportunity for fee specials.
I was disappointed to encounter the full capacity problems over Spring break. I wish there would have been some warning th sign up early for those days for people who come on a regular basis. Also, when I asked about a reservation, no one told me there was a waiting list until it too was full.
Just the same, my dog is happy when he is dropped off and picked up and is usually pretty tired after his day.
Friendly and caring staff. Morgan Loves going to Dogtopia, and I feel happy, knowing he is safe, and having a Great time.

I like that my dog is not in a kennel all day when he is there for boarding and while there the staff bends over backwards to make sure all of my pets needs are being met. The staff at Dogtopia is fabulous, you can tell that they all love dogs and take what they do seriously.
My dogs both seem to love going to camp for the day. Everyone there has been professional and have followed through with any special instructions given.
I have recommended Dogtopia to several friends already.

Dogtopia accommodates my ever changing schedule due to my profession. The associates at the Highlands Ranch location are great with my pups and my dogs love visiting there. Everyone is so easy to work with and always understanding when I call with a last minute emergency. Also, the ability to drop my pups off early in the morning or pick them up late in the evening is so valuable with my schedule. I love that the staff is there 24/7. I makes me feel like my babies are safe, unlike some "pet resorts" that leave the pets unattended from 7pm-6am. I am always confident that my babies are safe and well taken care of at Dogtopia.
