It's clean. You have extended hours. The dogs can run free and play or chill. All dogs need their shots and I see how you clean the kennels even after nap time. The staff knows what's going on with my dogs when I call to check on them. I like the doggie cam and see how the staff interacts with the dogs. My dogs never seem scared to go there. I like that the big and small dogs are separated. I'm glad you have grooming services there as it's convenient especially if the dogs are staying there anyway. It' convenient to where I live.

There is someone on site 24 hrs per day, you accommodate special needs and requests, your clean, well lit, feels-like-a-home facility.
I like the crates you have for the dogs, which are like the crates many use for their own pets at their home, rather than the large metal 'dog run' type kennels you find in some facilities.
The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs and know my dog by name when she comes to stay.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My Puppy was extremely happy and tired when I picked him up!!! Convenience to my house and office is really great. Facilities were very clean.

I love that you come and get Zeke out of the car when I bring him, that's so cool. Zeke loves come to visit everyone, the dogs and the people! You all are doing a smash up job!

Everything!!!! Your love and caring for the dogs. The curbside pick up in the mornings. The doggie spa. After a hard day in the Romper Room, into the spa to get beautfied. The happy, content look on Lily's face as she's snoozing away on the couch after a fun day.

The staff identify the dogs by their name and keep the owners informed as to how they are doing and their social habits! This has been a very positive atmosphere for Rocket and I feel very comfortable when I drop him off.
